What if I feel the relationship is not developing as it should?

International Business Mentors understands the importance of getting the Mentor/Mentee match correct. After assessing each unique assignment, and establishing the requirements of individuals, an informal meeting is arranged between a potential Business Mentor and a potential mentee in order for both parties to establish suitability. If however, there is no meeting of minds after two formal mentoring sessions, International Business Mentors will reassess and rematch.
